On July 17th 2014, Chahal founded DaVinci Marketing Cloud to disrupt the software and advertising industries together, by automating a $230 billion market that is still manually driven through artificial intelligence.
Gurbaksh is a die-hard Internet entrepreneur who started his first company ClickAgents at the age of 16. Eighteen months from its inception, ValueClick bought it for $40 million.
Four years later, Gurbaksh founded his second company, BlueLithium, which in 2006 joined Google, Skype and Salesforce.com in being recognized as a “Top Innovator” of the Year. By 2007 it was the 5th largest ad network in the US and Yahoo acquired it for $300 million in cash.
In 2009, Chahal founded his third company RadiumOne which grew to become one of the fastest programmatic platforms leveraging social data. RadiumOne was acquired by publicly listed, RhythmOne.
Chahal has also been featured on various global publications and was featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show to share his entrepreneurial journey. BusinessWeek named him one of the Best Tech Entrepreneurs in 2010.
Chahal was awarded the Leaders in Management Award by Pace University along with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Commercial Science. Other accolades include Most Influential CEO, People’s Award for Excellence in Business Leadership and Amrapali Award for Entrepreneur of the Year in the Light of India Awards 2012. And, in 2013 he was awarded Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year.
Chahal currently holds 11 patents for developing the underlying ShareGraph(™) technology from the USPTO and is also an international best-selling author of “The Dream”, the true inspirational tale of his entrepreneurial journey.
Gurbaksh also founded his 501(c)3 non-profit called The Chahal Foundation which focuses on spreading awareness around social causes, providing university scholarships and mentorships, supporting disaster relief efforts, improving schools in third world countries, and building awareness to help eradicate child sex trafficking.

Kevin leads DaVinci IITM‘s activities in Asia and is responsible for the company’s expansion and growth initiatives in the region. Prior to DaVinci IITM, Kevin was CEO of Pixels, one of the largest independent multi-screen advertising technology companies in Asia, acquired by DaVinci IITM in November 2015.
Kevin is a well-respected leader in the digital marketing and is considered a pioneer with over 18 years of experience in Asia. Prior to co-founding Pixels, Kevin held positions at 247 Media Asia and DoubleClick Media Asia. Kevin was awarded Digital Marketing Hero 2014 by the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing (HKAIM) and Finalist, Young Entrepreneur Award 2015 by the South China Morning Post.
Kevin is a graduate of Pace University with a degree in Computer Information Systems.

Christine Lau has been driving business transformations in the advertising and marketing sectors across multiple platforms from print to online for more than a decade. Currently, as the chief operating officer of DaVinci11 Asia, Hong Kong’s largest independent digital advertising agency, Christine is helping to put top-tier partners, some known as the “Google of China”, on the world map by growing both the influence and the revenue at a fast pace. Previously, Christine has held various account management and project leader roles in major market players including Yumi, Connexus, and Yahoo! in businesses widely ranging from online games to TV advertising in the US and the fast-growing Greater China region. She is passionate to launch global and transformational products and has an eye towards driving measurable results. She has been featured on ‘Women to Watch 2016 Agents of change’ by Campaign Asia in 2016.
Christine is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in computer science and engineering.
Belinda is the CFO for DaVinci IITM‘s Asia operations and responsible for all finance and administration functions of the Asia business. Belinda is a co-founder of Pixels, acquired by DaVinci IITM to form the core of its Asia business. Previously, Belinda was the Regional Finance Director of DoubleClick Media Hong Kong, and before this, she managed the finance department for Time Life Asia. She is a seasoned executive with experience in building and leading Finance and Business Planning teams.
Belinda is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and in the Philippines. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from University of the East, Manila. She also holds a Masters from City University, Hong Kong.

Nick brings 10+ years of substantial experience in sales and business development to the UK team. He is responsible for developing and driving strategies that leverage company’s exclusive partnerships and technology assets into sustainable, mainstream business. He is also focused on developing and bringing to market innovative Programmatic solutions for the premium partners and large media companies.

As the Head of Sales in the UK, Claire’s role is to drive revenue growth across direct and programmatic channels through leadership, sales strategy, and continuous team development.
Claire’s experience working in media and advertising spans across 9 years from Australia to the UK. She has experience working in tier 1 to boutique media agencies, radio and digital solutions from account management right through to content integration and media sales.
Head of Sales, DaVinci11 New Zealand
Megan heads up the Sales in New Zealand. She has over 10 years of extensive background in the digital media and is passionate about elevating brands through meaningful content and storytelling. Megan is well regarded as a decisive, proactive team leader and change agent, with expertise in leading large-scale and strategic deals. She is a seasoned veteran as having worked with some of the large NZ publishers such as Seek, Trade Me, and MetService. She is much admired by the major agencies for having created relationships that are meaningful, lucrative and, most importantly, long-lasting. Her expertise resides within the online media, programmatic and mobile advertising. Megan is a graduate of Unitec Institute of Technology, NZ.
Head of Technology and Product, DaVinci11 Asia
Kevin heads up DaVinci IITM‘s technology and product division in Asia. An old-hand in online computing, Kevin has been working with internet-related technologies since the arrival of the modem. Kevin has work with teams to develop online applications for telcos, publishers and FMCG clients in the region and was involved in the early start-up scene in Malaysia. Kevin is responsible for the technology and infrastructure that power DaVinci IITM‘s Asia operations that reach more than 98% of users in Hong Kong. He and his team have handled the development of award-winning ad units for various high-value clients in the region. Kevin is a graduate of Staffordshire University with a B.Sc (Hons) in Computing and Information Systems.

Imran comes to DaVinci IITM with a background as a high stakes commercial litigator, transactional attorney, and partner at major national and international law firms. He was recently a senior director of intellectual property and litigation at a publicly traded media-tech company where he handled multi-million dollar patent litigation and licensing deals. Imran’s experience and expertise spans corporate and securities matters, intellectual property, employment issues, compliance and litigation before federal, state and administrative courts.
Imran is an honors graduate of the University of San Francisco, School of Law.

Chris Rouland is a 25-year veteran of the information security industry and a valued member of the information security community. Chris has founded several companies focused on providing cybersecurity to Fortune 500 corporations and government establishments earning him the distinction of one of Atlanta’s most respected technology entrepreneurs.
In 2016 Chris founded Phosphorus. The Phosphorus team has been tackling the most difficult problems in Enterprise security for over 20 years. In 2013 Chris founded Bastille, the only company focused exclusively on providing intrusion detection and vulnerability assessment for the Internet of Things (IoT). Chris took Bastille alone from his garage to a team of over 40 engineers (including 5 DARPA challenge winners) and a world-class management team, in addition to creating over a dozen patents on the IP.
In 2008, Chris founded Endgame, a leader in cybersecurity and defense for the government sector. In just three years, he grew the company from his basement to more than $10 million in revenue and nearly 100 employees. Chris was awarded the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s Business Person of the Year in 2011. Prior to founding Endgame, Chris served as chief technology officer at Internet Security Systems Inc and built the X-Force. In 2006, IBM Corp. purchased ISS, where Chris remained CTO and was appointed an IBM Distinguished Engineer.
Rouland holds a dozen patents in Cyber Security.
